These Terms govern your use of the Turk Aura website and booking of any package, daily tour, hotel, or airport transfer service ("Services"). By booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع Turk Aura وحجز أي باقة أو جولة يومية أو فندق أو خدمة نقل من المطار ("الخدمات"). بحجزك معنا، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
A booking is confirmed once a deposit (or full payment) is received. Prices are quoted in USD by default and converted to other currencies for display convenience; the USD amount is binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.
يُعد الحجز مؤكدًا بمجرد استلام العربون (أو كامل المبلغ). تُعرض الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي افتراضيًا وتُحوَّل لعملات أخرى للعرض فقط؛ ويكون المبلغ بالدولار هو الملزم ما لم يُتفق كتابيًا على خلاف ذلك.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the travel date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit, minus any non-refundable third-party costs (e.g. already-booked hotel nights). Cancellations within 72 hours may be non-refundable depending on the package.
تُسترد كامل قيمة العربون للإلغاءات التي تتم قبل أكثر من 72 ساعة من تاريخ السفر، باستثناء أي تكاليف غير قابلة للاسترداد من أطراف ثالثة (مثل ليالي الفندق المحجوزة مسبقًا). قد تكون الإلغاءات خلال 72 ساعة غير قابلة للاسترداد حسب الباقة.
Turk Aura reserves the right to substitute a hotel, vehicle, or activity of equal or higher value in cases of unavailability (e.g. weather-cancelled balloon flights), and will notify you as soon as possible.
تحتفظ Turk Aura بحق استبدال الفندق أو السيارة أو النشاط بآخر مساوٍ أو أعلى في القيمة في حال عدم التوفر (مثل إلغاء رحلات المنطاد بسبب الطقس)، وستُبلغك في أقرب وقت ممكن.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visa, and travel insurance. Turk Aura is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete travel documentation.
أنت مسؤول عن حمل جواز سفر ساري المفعول وأي تأشيرة مطلوبة وتأمين سفر. لا تتحمل Turk Aura مسؤولية رفض الدخول بسبب نقص الوثائق.
Turk Aura acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party hotels, drivers, and activity operators. While we vet all partners, our liability for third-party service failures is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
تعمل Turk Aura كوسيط بين المسافرين ومقدمي الخدمة من فنادق وسائقين ومشغلي أنشطة من أطراف ثالثة. رغم فحصنا لجميع الشركاء، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا عن إخفاقات الخدمة من طرف ثالث على المبلغ المدفوع لتلك الخدمة تحديدًا.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الجمهورية التركية. تُحل أي نزاعات في محاكم إسطنبول ما لم تقتضِ قوانين حماية المستهلك المعمول بها خلاف ذلك.
